New Zealand Pet Quarantine
Bringing pets into New Zealand?
Come and stay with us. Before starting their New Zealand life, your cat or dog must meet specific health standards and that involves 10 days in quarantine in NZ.
Apart from cats and dogs arriving from Australia who get cleared on entry, all cats and dogs entering New Zealand must be transferred to a quarantine facility.
But don’t worry. It’s not pet prison. Your cat or dog can have their own clothes and toys, get special food, sleep on their own blanket and they will get out on good behaviour, guaranteed. You can also follow their progress on Facebook, as we do regular posts and updates. If you ever have any questions about your pet’s well-being, you can always check on them by calling 64 9 2166012
Why choose our cat and dog quarantine facility?
Your cat or dog will be well looked after in our fully air-conditioned quarantine facility set on 10 acres of beautiful rural countryside, surrounded by farmland.
Our facility is state-of-the-art, clean, comfortable and climate controlled. We have vets on call and 8 on-site staff whose job it is to cuddle, entertain and look after your fur family when you can’t. We think we’re the No 1 New Zealand pet quarantine facility.
